These terms apply when you use Foundation. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service
Foundation is a wellness app that helps you build a routine over a 7-day cycle: guidance, targets, logging and trends based on the information you enter.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 years old. Keep your password to yourself, give accurate information, and tell us if someone else gets into your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, no automated scraping, no reselling access, and nothing unlawful.
Estimates and guidance
Nutrition values from a photo or description are estimates, not measurements. Targets and adjustments are calculated from the data you enter. You decide what you do with them.
Beta and availability
Foundation is currently in beta and free to use. Features can change, and the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Your content
Your logs, notes and reflections stay yours. You give us only what is needed to run the service for you: storing, processing and showing that content back to you.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or endangers other users.
Liability
Foundation is not liable for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
